Abstract
Achieving longer, healthier lives require an integrated understanding of biological, behavioural, and environmental factors that influence ageing. This track brings together emerging insights on longevity science, beginning with perspectives from SGH on the mechanisms and interventions that support healthy ageing across the lifespan. Sessions will also explore advances in biological ageing measurement, including the LinAge2 biological clock, which offers a deeper look into molecular markers that may predict ageing trajectories and guide personalised interventions. Complementing these biomedical perspectives, the track will address the critical role of sleep—particularly within the Asian context—highlighting cultural, environmental, and lifestyle influences that shape sleep patterns and long term health. Together, these sessions provide a multidimensional view of longevity and the pathways to promoting vitality and wellbeing throughout life.
