Abstract
This track explores mental health as a critical population health priority, highlighting national progress, emerging needs, and integrated approaches across the lifespan. It will begin with an overview of advancements since the launch of Singapore’s National Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy, setting the context for system-level improvements, policy shifts, and community-based interventions. The track will then address key population segments: youth mental health challenges and early intervention strategies; workplace mental health and the rising prevalence of burnout; and cognitive health in ageing populations, including early detection and supportive care pathways. Finally, the sessions will examine the intersection of physical and mental health, emphasising the importance of holistic, person-centred models that address both medical and psychosocial needs. Together, this track offers a comprehensive view of Singapore’s evolving mental health landscape and the opportunities to strengthen wellbeing at scale.
