Abstract
Examining national and regional directions such as the Ministry of Health’s population health priorities and the SingHealth RHS plan, this track provides a strategic overview of how population health is evolving in Singapore and internationally, while offering insights into how health systems are restructuring toward preventive, community-based, and value-driven care. Complementing local perspectives, the track will highlight global approaches—such as Canada’s population health strategies — to illustrate diverse models of governance, integration, and health equity. The latest trends from Singapore’s National Population Health Survey will ground these discussions in current data, spotlighting emerging risk factors, behavioural patterns, and areas of unmet need. Together, the sessions in this track will equip participants with a clear understanding of the current landscape, key challenges, and strategic opportunities shaping population health. based, and value driven care.
