Dr J.R. Baker is a psychologist by professional background and has led Primary and Community Care Services to become an Australian leader in social prescribing, complex care coordination and link work services. J.R. is driven by his ideas on providing optimal health services through innovation in the not-for-profit, health space. He is the also chair of the Australian Social Prescribing Institute of Research (ASPIRE), and recently advocated for social prescribing in the Australian parliament.
