Abstract

Supporting vulnerable groups requires an understanding of the distinct social, economic, and structural barriers that shape their health and wellbeing. This track explores the experiences of migrant communities and foreign domestic workers (FDWs), highlighting how employment conditions, living environments, and access to support systems influence their overall health. Sessions will also address population health considerations in nursing homes, where residents often have complex, long term care needs that require coordinated medical, social, and community responses. Together, these discussions aim to advance more equitable, responsive strategies for addressing the diverse needs of populations that may face heightened vulnerability.
