Mr Jacob Ng

Lead, Ecosystem Partnership, NTUC Health

Jacob leads the Ecosystem Partnerships team at NTUC Health’s Active Ageing Centres, where he oversees partnerships and community engagement across the network. He builds cross-sector collaborations that foster more connected and inclusive communities, strengthening the networks that support older adults to stay engaged, contribute and participate meaningfully in their communities.

Prior to his current role, Jacob oversaw operations across the East Cluster of Active Ageing Centres, leading community-based service delivery and operations. His earlier experience as a community caseworker also shaped his understanding of the needs and aspirations of older adults, with responsibilities spanning case management, programme management, volunteer management, stakeholder engagement and community outreach.

With 17 years of professional and volunteer experience in eldercare, Jacob is passionate about building communities and strengthening support networks around older adults. He believes that collective action across people and organisations can help shape the places we call home into more connected and inclusive communities. Through his work, he hopes to challenge traditional views of ageing and recognise the continued contributions, participation and possibilities of older adults in the community.
