Prabu Naidu holds a Master’s in Organisational Behaviour and an Honours degree in Economics from the University of London. Following a 19-year MNC career with Philips, AT&T, and Compaq, he has spent over two decades in coaching, training, facilitation, and organisational development across Singapore and the Asian region.

He is an INIFAC Certified Master Facilitator (CMF), and a Master Trainer of Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI). He co-founded the Facilitators Network Singapore to elevate professional standards in the region, and in 2011, he co-authored SPOT on Facilitation, the first book on facilitation in Asia.
